Product Finishes

Doric’s products are available in a range of durable quality finishes obtained by careful processing and rigid specifications and standards. When selecting a finish, it is important that climatic conditions and frequency of usage be taken into consideration, as some finishes are more susceptible to deterioration than others.

Glossary of Finishes

A

Anodised (AN)

B

Birch White (BW) - Powder Coated

Black (Black PC)   - Powder Coated Standard. Satin black.

Black (Black Mill) - As moulded black Polesium™

Bright Chrome (CP) - Plated finish on polished substrate. (Provides good corrosion resistance.)

Bright Gold (BG) - Anodised to a B1 ½ gold finish.

Brown (Brn) - Powder Coated

Bronze (BZE)

C

Clear Anodized (CA) - Aluminium anodized in a natural finish. (Provides good corrosion resistance)

Clear Polyester Coated (CPC) - A clear coating of polyester powdercoating.

D

Doeskin (DS) - Powdercoated

F

Florentine Bronze (FB) - Plated, oxidized and wire brushed to provide contrast of colour then clear coated.

M

Matt Stone Beige (MSB) - PowderCoated

P

Polished Brass (PB) - Polished brass base metal, polished and clear coated.

Polished Brass Plated (PBP) - Brass plated and clear coated.

Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) - Indicates that other polyester colours are available. Consult the Doric representative for further information.

Primrose (Prim) - Powdercoated

Satin Black Chrome (SBC) - Plated satin finish

Satin Chrome Plated (SCP) - Standard satin finish, chrome plated

Satin Chrome Plate Linished (SCPL) - Brushed satin finish, chrome plated

Satin Nickel (SNK) - A satin nickel plated finish giving a satin stainless steel look. Usually clear coated.

Satin Stainless Steel (SSS) - Stainless steel wire brushed to satin finish. (Provides excellent corrosion resistance)

Silver (Sil) - Powdercoated

Titanium Plate (PVD) - Polished brass finish with titanium coating. (provides excellent corrosion resistance)

W

White (Whi) - Powdercoated
