The original One Key SystemTM  - C4 Project construction keying - Security with convenience Project keying Construction (CK) is when the outside cylinders on external perimeter doors are configured to accommodate different levels of individual keys, which can be progressively cancelled out by a higher level key. The common configuration is a ' Builders Key', ' Sales Key' and a 'Home owners key'. The cylinders are originally set to the 'Builder Key' combination. After the construction phase the 'Builder Key' is cancelled out of the cylinder by the first use by the sales team of the 'Sales key'. After sales have concluded the sale and inspection of the home the 'Sales key' is cancelled out by the first use of the 'Home-owners key'. So at the end of the home construction the only key, which operates the all cylinders in the home is the 'Home owners key'.
